Give your pre-teen/teen the ultimate training experience with a camp designed to develop strength, speed, agility, and overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment! Whether your child is looking to improve for a specific sport or just wants to stay active and get stronger, this camp is perfect for athletes of all skill levels grades 6th-8th.

What Your Middle Schooler Will Gain:
✔ Strength & Power – Learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, including back squat, deadlift, bench press, and power clean, using age-appropriate techniques with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.
✔ Speed & Agility – Develop quickness, coordination, and footwork to enhance performance in any sport.
✔ Endurance & Conditioning – Train with top-tier cardio equipment like the Airdyne fan bike, Concept rowers to build stamina and cardiovascular health.
✔ Injury Prevention & Mobility – Learn proper warm-up, cool-down, stabilization, andmobilization techniques to stay healthy and strong.
✔ Teamwork & Motivation – Build confidence, set goals, game-day training/conditioning

This Strength & Conditioning Program is built to develop power, speed, endurance, and overall athleticism—all essential for excelling in sports and life. Whether your athlete is looking to dominate their sport, increase explosiveness, increase endurance, or prevent injuries, this program delivers elite-level training with expert coaching and a structured, science-backed approach.

✅Techniques to increase quickness, improve movement efficiency, lateral movement and directional change.
Conditioning & Endurance
✅ Sport-Specific Conditioning: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) to match gamedemands. Rowers (Concept Erg), SkiErgs, fan bikes (Schwinn Airdyne), andsled work for stamina and endurance.
Mobility, Injury Prevention, Recovery, Mental & Nutritional Edge
✅Develop mental toughness, discipline, and game-day focus strategies.
✅Nutrition for Performance: Understand proper fueling, hydration, and recovery
strategies.
✅Goal Setting & Accountability: Learn how to track progress and stay
